📋 Description

• Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation • Evaluate alternatives including cost and risk, supportability, and analyses for total systems • Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies • Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications • Evaluate software assurance activities, software engineering planning across the system life cycle, and program documentation • Review architecture and design for adherence to secure design principles • Assess the soundness of architectural decisions • Apply a system-wide perspective when evaluating software build, release, and increment artifacts • Identify and mitigate technical risks • Advise on requirements development in an agile environment, architecture definition and decomposition, testing philosophies and methodologies, and verification coverage • Directly support the leadership of a major Navy Program

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen • Must have an active DOD SECRET security clearance • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other related discipline • 15+ years of experience in agile software development • Experience with Agile methodology, requirements definition, Scrum, contract data requirements list creation, editing and delivery, system documentation, customer support, and Scrum practices, including point estimations, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings • Experience leading teams, client delivery, and facilitating meetings in-person and virtual environments with internal and external stakeholders • Up to 10% travel required • DoD Software Assurance Expertise desired
