📋 Description

• Support the design and stand-up of Salesforce and AWS environments, focusing on AWS infrastructure, automation, and DevOps pipeline management • Lead requirements elicitation across product, QA, release management, and infrastructure stakeholders • Design AWS account structure, sandbox placement, network connectivity, pre-production configuration, and PostgreSQL on RDS backend • Determine sandbox type and sizing for regression and performance testing • Define test data requirements, data refresh cadence, and refresh ownership • Inventory required integrations and external interfaces, determining live versus stubbed interfaces • Integrate the environment into CI/CD pipelines and support automated regression and performance testing execution • Apply infrastructure automation and DevSecOps principles • Define the operating model within the release management lifecycle • Coordinate with DTC on sandbox provisioning, sandbox control, and AWS account structure • Participate in technical discovery sessions with application, infrastructure, security, and cloud teams • Document anticipated product counts, integration counts, and data volumes for scalability • Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of environment configuration and setup • Maintain compliance with VA security, infrastructure, DevSecOps, change and release management, and Salesforce governance standards • Maintain working relationships with federal clients, delivery teams, and technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience • Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, including provisioning accounts, instances, and VPCs, and configuring network connectivity • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) server infrastructure • Experience supporting DevSecOps practices, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience supporting infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, or system administration activities in enterprise environments • Experience analyzing infrastructure dependencies, environment configurations, and integration requirements • Experience leading requirements elicitation sessions with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders • Ability to translate infrastructure and environment requirements into technical documentation and solution design input • Hands-on analytical and problem-solving skills, including direct infrastructure configuration and troubleshooting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams • Ability to shift focus between competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
