📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Hatz AI as the primary platform • Assess customer data sources and requirements to determine solution architecture • Establish secure, compliant data pipelines connecting customer systems to AI workflows • Implement AI Agents, Workflows, and Applications in production environments • Maintain proficiency with Hatz AI and working knowledge of Microsoft Co-Pilot and Anthropic Claude • Troubleshoot and optimize customer-managed Co-Pilot and Claude deployments • Evaluate platforms and recommend solution architectures or workload migrations • Assess data quality, completeness, and AI suitability; design validation, cleansing, and preparation workflows • Document data specifications, transformation logic, governance policies, solutions, configurations, and lessons learned • Ensure data handling aligns with compliance requirements, privacy regulations, and NetCov security policies • Monitor and respond to customer-facing AI tickets in HaloPSA • Provide technical troubleshooting, data diagnostics, and optimization recommendations within service level agreements • Determine whether issues require standard support or vendor escalation • Identify support requests that warrant formal projects and advise the SVP of Innovation on scope and resourcing • Define HaloPSA AI-service ticket categories and track platform usage and support metrics • Identify customer-request patterns, platform preferences, pain points, and market opportunities • Apply advanced prompt engineering and champion AI security and data governance standards • Stay current with AI/ML developments, platform updates, and industry best practices • Collaborate with the AI & Development Director, cross-functional teams, customers, Microsoft, and Anthropic support

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions or similar technical implementations in production environments • Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles, AI security best practices, and data governance considerations • Experience with customer data sources and data quality challenges • Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes or API-based data connections • Familiarity with ticketing and service management systems; HaloPSA experience is a plus • Excellent technical communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences • Self-directed problem-solving ability and comfort working in a fast-paced, growing team • Working knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, multiple AI platforms and their tools • Prior experience with Hatz AI platform or similar AI-as-a-service solutions preferred • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude API/platform integrations preferred • Background in customer-facing technical support, professional services, project management, or service delivery preferred • Experience defining support processes and categorization systems in managed services or MSP environments preferred • Experience with data quality assessment, validation, or master data management preferred • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or similar compliance frameworks preferred • Background in data architecture or database administration preferred • Monday-Friday availability, 8:00am-5:00pm EST • May require travel to industry events, office locations, and company events
