📋 Description

• Own CI/CD and infrastructure design across supported application teams • Define architecture and deployment strategies, including blue/green, canary, and feature flags • Write specifications for AI-built pipelines, infrastructure code, and automation, coding directly when needed • Design and validate pipeline tests, policy-as-code, and security gates • Build shared CI/CD, infrastructure, security, and DevSecOps standards and tooling • Instrument supported services and own application observability • Connect alerting to product SLOs • Help engineers debug and resolve production issues • Participate in reviews, deployment decisions, on-call response, and incident learning • Coach engineers on specifying, delegating, and validating work with AI • Collaborate with DevSecOps peers and multiple application teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using agentic AI as the primary surface for planning and building CI/CD and infrastructure • Experience writing executable specifications for AI-built pipelines and infrastructure and validating AI output • Experience building and operating production CI/CD and cloud infrastructure at scale in AWS or Azure • Experience carrying on-call responsibilities • Experience designing testing, security, and observability into systems • Experience working across multiple application teams and with DevSecOps peers • Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes for application workloads • Experience with Helm or similar tools • Production experience with serverless functions • Production experience with one or more IaC tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM • Fluency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or Java • Experience implementing SAST, DAST, SCA, and secrets scanning in pipelines • Experience with least-privilege IAM • Experience with encryption in transit and at rest • Experience working within HIPAA/HITRUST and SOC 2 compliance frameworks
