📋 Description

• Support software developed by all company development teams, including development platforms, application compilation, and application deployment • Act as a bridge between software development and infrastructure teams to align project requirements • Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes supporting the SDLC • Support and facilitate cross-team communication • Own systems and service monitoring • Own software deployments • Organize and execute deployments • Use Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket to collect deployment-related issues • Create release structures • Deploy code • Research and create proof-of-concepts for new technologies and processes • Support and enhance the SDLC • Serve as a knowledge source regarding appropriate contacts when problems arise • Document processes, technologies, and tools for future supportability

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio, Tennessee or Texas • Proven experience in CI/CD, SRE, or Systems Engineering roles • Strong experience with Git or equivalent version control systems • Strong experience with systems or service monitoring tools and methodologies • Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking • Knowledge of Linux server administration • Knowledge of Windows server administration • Knowledge of various operating systems • Knowledge of VM administration • Knowledge of web technologies, including client/server/API/load balancers/certificates • Experience with integration frameworks like Selenium and Appium • .NET Framework/Core exposure preferred • Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools like Octopus, Jenkins, and TeamCity • Automation and orchestration experience with Ansible, Chef, and Puppet a plus • Container experience with Docker and Kubernetes a plus • Development experience on a team • Python and Node.js experience a plus • Understanding of QA testing and concepts • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred • At least 5 years of IT engineering experience in an enterprise setting • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment sponsorship
