📋 Description

• Lead and support enterprise architecture activities for a portfolio of solutions • Translate business and technical needs into architectural plans and document solution design and analysis • Collaborate with product owners to understand business drivers, current capabilities, and future requirements • Create enterprise solution designs and change requirements • Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms supporting business goals • Analyze the business-IT environment for critical deficiencies, legacy systems, and technical debt • Support product managers with end-of-life decisions for services and systems • Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for solution architecture implementations • Create solution blueprints, data flow diagrams, integration patterns, and other architectural artifacts • Collaborate with architects and development teams to align projects, products, and initiatives • Define architecture principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns • Coordinate with development teams to maintain a roadmap of design changes • Provide consulting support and subject matter expertise to developers in agile teams • Advise on opportunities, impact, risks, technical debt, and enterprise architecture standards

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT • At least 4 years in a solution architecture role developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps • Experience designing, implementing, and integrating high-performance, scalable, reusable enterprise applications • Experience with Websphere Open Liberty, Springboot, HCL Portal, Oracle, SQL Server, and API technologies • Knowledge of Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSF, and Angular • Proficiency in integration architecture, event-driven architecture, SOAP web services, RESTful APIs, HL7 FHIR, and Apache Kafka • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and associated technology stack • Understanding of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Experience architecting and implementing secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, or similar tools • Strong domain knowledge of healthcare payer operations, including claims, eligibility, benefits, provider networks, and care management • Proven analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence, guide, and facilitate stakeholders and peers in decision-making • Ability to articulate ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences • Ability to understand long-term architecture implications
