📋 Description

• Analyze, develop, and enhance analytical and operational data solutions and platforms to meet complex business needs • Lead metric and technical design and documentation efforts with operational and IT teams • Lead multiple medium- to large-scale projects and requests using standard project management methodologies • Translate business requirements into validated data solutions supporting organizational goals • Analyze and validate data from raw source through the data solution • Provide thorough and accurate documentation adhering to industry standards • Provide production support for ETL/ELT and data solutions, including problem analysis, design, implementation, and testing • Design, implement, and test data models, data integrations, and reports • Perform data solution administration, training, on-call support, and upgrade/change participation • Manage change using standard processes and tools to support adoption • Maintain technical currency and follow healthcare, EHR, ERP, SQL, BI, and industry trends • Support provider master data management, provider roster integrations, contract and network participation tracking, reporting datasets, and dashboards • Support network management, provider operations, and strategic provider initiatives • Maintain database dictionaries and monitor standards and procedures • Promote standardization of data platforms and tool sets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge • Typically 2–4 years of experience in a healthcare or comparable setting working with report, data, or analytics development • Experience with enterprise EHR, revenue cycle, and/or ERP applications • Experience with data and BI tools such as Business Objects and Power BI • Experience creating database content including tables, views, and stored procedures • Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other traditional database platforms • Significant SQL, Python, or other data manipulation, procedural, or scripting language experience • Experience with ETL/ELT and data orchestration tools such as SSIS • Healthcare knowledge, including EHR, quality, or ERP data • Requirements gathering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Experience in logical and physical database design and data modeling • Experience with complex queries, business intelligence and ETL tools, and change control methodology • Understanding of data visualization, data storytelling, EHR and ERP workflows, and reporting • Strong change management skills and understanding of change management processes • Ability to work independently or as part of a team and manage multiple priorities • Ability to perform independent analysis on clinical, financial, ERP, and operational metrics • Understanding of software or data development lifecycles and process design • Proficiency with Microsoft products, EHR and ERP workflows and reporting, and hardware and software systems • Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and principles for data integration and transformation • Certifications may be required or obtained within 6 months and maintained to vendor or department requirements • Maintain technical currency and advanced certifications in specialized responsibility areas • No sponsorship or transfer of visa available now or in the future • Must work from an eligible listed U.S. state; international work is not permitted
