📋 Description

• Analyze, develop, and enhance analytical and operational data solutions and platforms • Lead metric and technical design and documentation efforts with operational and IT teams • Lead multiple medium- to large-scale projects using standard project management tools and methodologies • Translate business requirements into validated data solutions • Analyze and validate data from raw source through the completed data solution • Produce accurate documentation according to industry standards • Provide production support for ETL/ELT/data solutions, including problem analysis, design, implementation, and testing • Design and test data models, data integrations, APIs, and reports • Perform data solutions administration, including training and participation in upgrades and changes • Participate in on-call activities as needed • Manage change using standard processes and tools to support adoption • Maintain database dictionaries and monitor standards and procedures • Support maintenance of databases, data processes, reporting tools, data solutions, and data platforms • Stay current with healthcare, EHR, ERP, SQL, BI technology, and industry trends • Perform independent analysis of clinical, financial, ERP, and operational metrics • Create documentation supporting education and presentation efforts • Collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and teammates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge • Typically 2–4 years of experience in a healthcare or comparable setting working with report, data, or analytics development • Experience with enterprise EHR, revenue cycle, and/or ERP applications • Experience with data/BI tools such as Business Objects and Power BI • Experience creating database tables, views, and stored procedures • Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or similar database platforms • Significant SQL, Python, or other data manipulation, procedural, or scripting language experience • Experience with ETL/ELT and data orchestration tools such as SSIS • Healthcare knowledge, including EHR, quality, or ERP data experience • Experience in logical and physical database design and data modeling • Experience with complex queries, business intelligence, ETL tools, and change control methodology • Understanding of data visualization, data storytelling, and EHR/ERP workflows and reporting • Strong change management skills and understanding of change management processes • Understanding of software/data development lifecycle and process design • Proficiency with Microsoft products, EHR and ERP workflows and reporting, and hardware/software systems • Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and principles • Ability to maintain technical currency and advanced certifications in specialized areas • Ability to travel outside the workplace • No relocation, sponsorship, or visa transfer available
