📋 Description

• Lead data onboarding and data transfer for client implementations • Develop and document data onboarding requirements and processes • Develop an operational framework to drive continuous improvement to client delivery models and client value • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to deliver and evolve scalable data onboarding and data health solutions • Align data onboarding and data health solutions with overall strategy and goals • Contribute to the design, cleanup, and maintenance of client data and data architecture for data ingestion processes • Provide data management training and promote data fluency across the company • Manage data and improve operational efficiency while mitigating risk • Serve as a business and technical leader for complex data solutions for enterprise clients • Own and elevate the data function in a fast-paced, agile startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 5 years of progressive experience in solutions engineering/architecture • Experience with Enterprise B2B SaaS • Business and technical leadership for complex and sophisticated data solutions for enterprise clients • Experience with Pandas, Google BigQuery, DBT, and data analytics/BI reporting tools such as Looker or Looker Studio • Technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen to find creative solutions • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • Knowledge of RDBMS, database schema concepts, and ETL pipelines • Knowledge of AI/ML methodologies • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment • Video interview required • Candidates are not permitted to use generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless explicitly allowed by the interview team for a specific exercise
