📋 Description

• Build end-to-end software that brings Cherry into more practices and launch new products beyond BNPL • Make architectural decisions shaping Cherry's platform across frontend, backend, integrations, and infrastructure • Define and implement observability, monitoring, and metrics systems • Collaborate with product, design, data, and operations to deliver high-impact features and experiment toward measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in product-focused environments • Proven experience shipping reliable, high-quality applications using modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure • Fullstack experience and a generalist mindset • Familiarity with infrastructure, distributed systems concepts, and observability practices • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced growth while helping shape engineering culture • Ability to collaborate across time zones, including regular early-morning collaboration windows with teammates in Europe • Early-stage startup experience as an early engineer or technical founder is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Postgres, Fivetran, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, and Temporal is a nice-to-have • Experience integrating with CRMs, workflow automation tools, dashboards, or merchant platforms is a nice-to-have • Legal authorization to work in the United States is requested in the application • Visa sponsorship requirements must be disclosed in the application
