📋 Description

• Build end-to-end software that brings Cherry into more practices and launch new products beyond BNPL. • Make architectural decisions shaping Cherry's platform across frontend, backend, integrations, and infrastructure. • Define and implement observability, monitoring, and metrics systems to make products safer, faster, and more reliable. • Collaborate with product, design, data, and operations to deliver high-impact features and experiment toward measurable outcomes. • Help shape Cherry's engineering culture and support expansion into more practices and healthcare verticals.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in product-focused environments. • Proven experience shipping reliable, high-quality applications using modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure. • Fullstack experience, a generalist mindset, and familiarity with infrastructure, distributed systems concepts, and observability practices. • Ability to collaborate across time zones, maintaining regular early-morning collaboration windows with teammates in Europe during the early stages of team formation. • Early-stage startup experience as an early engineer or technical founder is a nice-to-have. • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Postgres, Fivetran, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, and Temporal is a nice-to-have. • Experience integrating with practice-facing, sales, or operations tooling is a nice-to-have. • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • Applicants must be able to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, based on the application questions.
