📋 Description

• Build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience). • Work within Agile delivery squads and support client engagements. • Shape business outcomes through impactful CRM implementations and platform automation. • Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and custom metadata types. • Create automations using Flow and declarative tools, develop API integrations, and work with MuleSoft. • Participate in code reviews, manage Salesforce Change Sets, and work with CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset). • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards. • Enhance Sales Cloud capabilities, including lead and opportunity lifecycle management and custom quoting flows. • Support Service Cloud features, focusing on case management and Omni‑Channel routing. • Customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience). • Proficiency with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL. • Experience with automation tools and API integrations. • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security standards. • Advanced English communication skills. • Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce. • Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements.
