📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and evolve web applications using React on the front end • Develop and support back-end APIs and services using Java and Spring / Spring Boot • Provide production support, investigating bugs, failures, incidents and unexpected behavior • Implement technical and functional improvements in existing applications • Create, maintain and integrate REST APIs • Integrate with internal and external systems and third-party services • Participate in technical analysis of requirements, proposing solutions appropriate to the business context • Perform refactorings to improve code quality, performance, security and maintainability • Create and maintain automated tests on the front end and back end • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and the definition of best practices • Support build, deployment, monitoring and operation of applications in production • Analyze logs, metrics and evidence to identify root causes of issues • Produce and maintain technical documentation • Provide technical support and mentoring to less experienced developers on the team • Ensure quality, stability and availability of applications • Participate in estimation, technical planning and prioritization of deliveries • Collaborate with Product, QA, UX/UI, Architecture and Infrastructure teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer • Advanced experience with React • Experience with Vue.js • Strong command of modern JavaScript, including ES6+ • Experience with HTML5, CSS3 and responsive UI development • Experience with componentization, state management and consuming APIs on the front end • Solid experience with Java • Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot • Knowledge of REST API development • Experience with layered architecture, dependency injection and back-end development best practices • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server or Oracle • Knowledge of SQL and data modeling • Experience with JPA, Hibernate or similar technologies • Knowledge of Git and versioning strategies • Experience with unit and integration testing • Knowledge of SOLID, Clean Code and design patterns • Experience investigating and fixing issues in production environments • Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes and propose permanent solutions • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Good communication, autonomy, organizational skills and ability to work in a team • Nice-to-haves: TypeScript, Next.js, Vite, Redux, Zustand, Context API, Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, observability, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, New Relic, Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, Playwright, event-driven architecture, legacy system modernization, mission-critical systems, Kafka and BFF, CQRS and Pub/Sub
