📋 Description

• Build and maintain strategic enterprise partnerships with senior leaders to understand business priorities, workforce challenges, and long-range talent needs • Identify future-focused Talent Management opportunities and advise senior leadership on strategic people decisions and organizational risks • Translate global talent metrics, trends, and analytics into actionable recommendations • Provide strategic direction, governance, and escalation guidance to Talent Management Directors and People & Culture partners • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and senior leaders to anticipate capability gaps and shape talent pipelines • Oversee performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, retention strategies, employee experience, and enterprise survey programs • Provide oversight for internal communications related to talent programs, organizational changes, and people initiatives • Partner with Talent Development to shape leadership and employee development offerings • Coach and advise senior leadership teams and mentor global Talent Management professionals • Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensure alignment with global policy and legal standards • Monitor organizational health indicators and modernize policies and talent programs • Partner with Legal on global regulatory changes and policy updates • Serve as a global ambassador for DEIB and embed inclusion, equity, and belonging across talent programs • Lead organizational change management, organizational design, and transformation efforts • Assess compensation, rewards, and recognition practices and provide strategic recommendations • Lead, develop, and inspire a global Talent Management team • Serve as a key member of the People & Culture leadership team and representative in senior leadership forums • Oversee global onboarding and review offboarding practices • Partner with Payroll, HR Operations, and People & Culture teams to ensure accurate data, compliant processes, and smooth employee lifecycle operations • Analyze talent and workforce data, escalate issues as appropriate, and ensure compliance with global policies and operational standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent required • 8–10 years of global HR experience essential • Prior experience as an HR generalist • Proficiency in business partnering • Experience in global employment best practices • Experience managing an HR team • Experience in change management • Experience driving employee engagement • Experience in Learning & Development • Experience managing employee relations cases • Proven experience building strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders • Relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills • Comfortable with ambiguity • Conflict resolution skills • Coaching and feedback skills • Problem-solving and ability to implement practical solutions • Understanding of organizational culture and how to influence it • Must have the right to live and work in the United States
