📋 Description

• Lead the definition and execution of strategic partnership initiatives expanding the Splunk Platform’s reach across major hyperscaler and partner ecosystems • Define product strategy and align cross-functional roadmaps • Influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions driving revenue growth • Drive alignment across engineering, sales, and partner leadership • Ensure complex requirements of critical enterprise customers are met • Champion a partner-first mentality • Translate broad business opportunities into actionable product requirements • Orchestrate the product lifecycle from conceptualization and partner negotiation through large-scale rollout and adoption across the Splunk ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience • Experience in Product Management, Business Development, or strategic technical roles within the SaaS or Cloud industry • Experience managing complex technical partnerships or platform integrations with major cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience driving product strategy and roadmap execution for platform-scale initiatives involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders • Experience writing comprehensive product requirements, narratives, and business cases aligned with engineering and executive leadership • Experience navigating and resolving complex, multi-party stakeholder situations • Understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS delivery models, and platform-level interoperability • Ability to distill complex business strategies into clear, actionable technical requirements for engineering teams • Experience identifying and quantifying market opportunities, managing P&L impact, and translating partner needs into product value • Skilled in influencing without authority and building consensus in highly matrixed, fast-paced organizational environments
