📋 Description

• Test features in the Splunk Cloud offering • Develop and update documentation for configuration and infrastructure changes • Execute configuration and infrastructure changes on customer cloud environments • Lead customer-related incidents and troubleshoot the SplunkCloud platform • Develop and update automation tools • Provide operational, maintenance, and documentation support for Splunk’s large-scale FedRAMP cloud offering • Cross-collaborate with multiple teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee • Certain work must be performed by a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil • Must work 4X10 shifts, Wednesday through Saturday, midnight to 10am EST • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and on-call during the shift • 3+ years of Linux experience • 2+ years of scripting experience in Python, Golang, or Bash • 3+ years of experience working on distributed systems • 1+ year of experience participating in incident management • Willing and able to acquire the SplunkCloud Architect Certification and either the Splunk administration or Splunk Power User certificate within the first 2 years of employment • Experience with operating systems, particularly Linux • Experience with networking and cloud technologies, particularly AWS • Preferred experience with Puppet • Preferred experience with Jenkins • Experience with AWS or GCP • Preferred experience scripting with PowerShell • Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus • AWS Solutions Architect certificate and/or experience is preferred
