📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers • Make architectural contributions to backend services • Collect and process telemetry at scale from customer-environment data sources • React to environment changes and render policies at scale to many enforcement points • Implement low-latency API endpoints that process large data volumes • Develop software for workload security products serving complex, scalable customer environments • Build solutions focused on scale, performance, reliability, robustness, and security • Deploy solutions in complex distributed-system environments • Collaborate with customers, peers, technical solution architects, customer enablement engineers, and support engineers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6+ years' experience building software systems • Experience with Go, C++, or Java • Technical leadership experience in a software engineering environment • Agile experience • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience, Master's with 4 years, PhD with 2 years, or equivalent combination of education and experience • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience • Proficiency in algorithms, systems, databases, performance engineering, and security architecture • Schema/data modeling design experience • Experience with large-scale event processing architectures • Experience in systems programming and performance engineering • Experience with security architecture and database design • Kubernetes experience • Experience programming using cloud APIs for AWS, Azure, or GCP • Ability to embrace agile methodologies and rapid prototyping based on feedback • Technical leadership in architecting, designing, analyzing, and brainstorming product solutions
