📋 Description

• Process payroll fully for UK and US entities, including EOR relationships used in the US, UK and Western Europe for non-core staffing. • Process payroll journals on Payfit and monitor the Rippling integration to ensure seamless synchronization. • Process UK and US employee expenses in NetSuite for reimbursement via payroll. • Process benefit invoices and manage payments for benefits, statutory deductions, and taxes. • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts related to payroll. • Calculate quarterly VAT. • Calculate Group VC accruals. • Improve finance systems. • Perform special project work at the direction of the Group Financial Controller. • Collaborate with stakeholders in HR, Delivery Operations, Sales, and other functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience of multi-currency bookkeeping and accounting for statutory entities in the US and UK • Working knowledge of how Employer-of-Record ('EoR') relationships work for payroll, commission plans, benefits etc. • Familiarity with NetSuite General Ledger system • Self-starter able to conduct routine tasks for smooth running of payroll and accounting, whilst also being able to adopt a principles-based approach to solving non-routine problems and challenges when they arise. • Confident working with a range of stakeholders including Directors & Officers of legal entities, senior management and other staff who are remote-based in different time-zones.
