📋 Description

• Oversee HR operations across multiple locations and align them with the company’s strategic goals and applicable regulations • Lead and manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and development • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices • Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address strategic HR needs and challenges • Provide guidance and support to HR teams at each location and audit for consistency and best-practice application • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to evaluate HR initiatives and support data-driven decisions • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all locations • Foster continuous improvement and professional development within the HR team • Perform other duties and projects supporting CFP’s Mission and Purpose • Report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience • At least 3 years in a leadership role • Manufacturing experience preferred • Proven track record of successfully leading HR operations • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team • HR certification required, such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP • Ability to travel occasionally
