📋 Description

• Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Infinity, following Enterprise Class Structure and reusable design patterns • Lead development of complex case types, data models, UI components, and business logic • Architect and implement REST, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, and Pega Connector integrations with external and legacy systems • Mentor junior System Architects and conduct code reviews • Maintain a high Pega Guardrail Score of 90+ • Use Tracer, PAL, PLA, and DB Trace to diagnose bottlenecks and tune performance • Support CI/CD pipelines and implement RBAC and ABAC security configurations • Lead Pega enterprise solutions from inception through production • Create technical design documents covering application frameworks, class structures, and data models • Design scalable solutions using Pega best practices, ECS, and application layering • Perform architecture reviews for enterprise standards and Pega guardrail compliance • Leverage reusable components and frameworks to accelerate development

🎯 Requirements

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory • 5+ years of hands-on experience post-CSSA certification • Proven Pega PRPC development expertise, version 7.x/8.x minimum • Experience with complex case management, routing, SLAs, and escalation models • Ability to build integrations using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other connectivity protocols • Proficiency in Pega Data Pages, Declare Expressions, Decision Rules, and Activities • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, and JSON • SQL and database knowledge, including Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 • Experience with WebSphere, WebLogic, and Tomcat application servers • Knowledge of microservices architecture and reusable component design • Object-oriented programming principles • Ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • SAFe certification is a plus • Full SDLC experience from requirements gathering through production deployment • Iterative development and continuous delivery experience • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities • Healthcare customer management, HIPAA, healthcare payer/provider workflows, and government-sector experience are preferred
