📋 Description

• Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform • Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse • Establish application architecture standards, design patterns, best practices, and technical documentation • Provide technical leadership through solution planning, development, testing, deployment, and support • Develop Power Platform governance frameworks, environment strategies, ALM processes, DLP policies, security standards, and platform controls • Ensure solutions comply with organizational, security, and regulatory requirements • Architect integrations with Azure Services, Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party applications • Design data integration patterns, secure API management solutions, reusable integration frameworks, and shared services • Design enterprise Dataverse data models and define data governance, security, retention, compliance, scalability, reporting, and performance strategies • Identify and automate business processes using Power Automate • Design advanced workflows and intelligent automation capabilities • Implement AI-enabled solutions using AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot technologies • Lead business process modernization initiatives • Design authentication and authorization strategies using Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identities, Azure Key Vault, and Conditional Access • Implement role-based security models and ensure cybersecurity policy compliance • Collaborate with analytics teams on Power BI reporting solutions and establish standards for architecture, security, datasets, and data models • Define and implement ALM strategies using Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control, CI/CD, release management, and automated deployments • Serve as technical SME for Power Platform initiatives • Translate business needs into technology solutions with business leaders and stakeholders • Mentor developers, administrators, and solution architects • Conduct architecture reviews and technical design workshops • Lead proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field • 15+ years of IT experience • At least 6+ years focused on Microsoft Power Platform architecture • Deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI, and Copilot Studio • Strong understanding of Azure Integration Services, Enterprise Architecture, API Management, Microservices, and Cloud Security • Experience implementing enterprise governance and CoE frameworks • Strong experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Preferred Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) • Preferred Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) • Preferred Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) • Preferred Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) • Preferred Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) • Strong Healthcare Provider domain knowledge is a plus
