📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with managers and leaders and understand current decision-making and judgment gaps • Develop fluency in performance and accountability systems, culture norms, and internal communication rhythms • Identify trust and context needs and sequence ramp-up for sensitive work • Improve systems for defining and reinforcing a high-performance culture • Translate “raising the bar” into usable manager systems • Shape and execute an internal communications strategy • Advise on sensitive, judgment-heavy people situations with increasing autonomy • Own systems that help managers and leaders develop judgment during high-change, high-growth conditions • Design and operationalize stronger performance accountability and consistency systems • Deepen engagement and organizational health touchpoints with people managers • Partner with the HR Operations team and HRBP Lead to evolve the People Experience function

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in SaaS and/or Fintech • Experience coaching and advising people managers through ambiguous, high-stakes situations • Experience building leadership judgment during periods of change • Track record designing and standing up HR programs or systems from the ground up • Strong business acumen, including fluency with financials and organizational priorities • Experience navigating sensitive, high-stakes employee situations with sound, independent judgment • Sharp communication skills across frontline manager and senior leadership audiences • Experience shaping internal communications strategy • Relationship-building and sound escalation judgment • Comfort operating in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments • Fluency using AI to drive efficiency for personal work, leaders, and the company • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future
