📋 Description

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications as part of our ongoing platform evolution • Build, test, deploy, and iterate on both existing and new technology products that serve internal and external users • Leverage strong technical skills in areas such as front-end (web/mobile), backend development, cloud services (e.g., AWS), and DevOps practices to drive continuous improvement and automation • Support legacy systems and transition them to modern architectures • Communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Apply creative problem-solving and sound judgment in a fast-paced development environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full time professional software development experience • Experience with backend development in Java or Python • Familiarity with SQL and database fundamentals • Strong grasp of modern web standards, accessibility, and security best practices • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and frameworks • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in front-end technologies such as React/JavaScript • Experience using GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to research/plan/implement features or fix bugs is a plus
