📋 Description

• Design and maintain the overarching Atlassian Cloud architecture, defining standardized templates, reusable patterns, and user permissions across various business units. • Lead end-to-end migrations (Data Center and Cloud) or other toolchains to Atlassian Cloud. • Evaluate, approve, and manage Atlassian Marketplace applications for security, scalability, and operational fit. • Translate business and engineering needs into structured workflows and practical automation rules to reduce manual friction. • Design traceability models linking requirements to delivery, testing, and operational handovers to ensure regulated SDLC practices are maintained. • Bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams and provide technical mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Atlassian platform engineering, system administration, or solution architecture. • Experience with identity integration/platforms (Okta). • Deep, practical understanding of Atlassian Cloud capabilities, including Atlassian Guard and Advanced Roadmaps. • Strong grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) workflows spanning product management, QA, release management, and Agile methodologies. • Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and automation scripting (e.g., Python, Groovy/ScriptRunner). • Recognized Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) designations (such as ACP-100 for Jira Administrator or ACP-600 for Cloud Organization) are highly valued • Bonus Points: Security certifications • Identity platform experience • Rovo and Forge development expertise • Enterprise architecture background
