📋 Description

• Lead and grow a global team of engineers developing tools to deploy, observe, and maintain a highly available cloud platform at massive scale • Manage and mentor a team of 3–6 full stack engineers • Provide technical guidance and code review oversight • Lead a remote-first team building APIs and UIs in Go and TypeScript • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute roadmaps and priorities • Ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions on schedule • Support team culture and individual professional development • Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members • Contribute to technical decisions and architectural discussions • Build and operate CrowdStrike's internal cloud management platform

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green card Holder • 3+ years of people management experience leading software engineering teams • Extensive hands-on experience in Golang with ability to provide technical guidance • Strong experience in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web technologies • Experience with gRPC and RESTful API development • Experience with modern SPA frameworks and development practices • Understanding of Linux environments and cloud-native infrastructure • Experience operating within cloud platforms, preferably AWS • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices • Experience with team leadership, mentoring, and basic hiring processes • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Python software development experience • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration • Experience managing distributed/remote teams • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Bachelor's degree in CS, CIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience • Previous experience in infrastructure or platform engineering domains • Periodically undergo and pass additional background and fingerprint checks consistent with government customer requirements
