📋 Description

• Partner with recruitment, compensation, and Employer of Record providers on background checks, pay-rate evaluation, and work/residency authorization validation • Support onboarding and ensure employment documents are completed and retained • Enroll new staff in payroll and benefits programs • Explain relevant policies, procedures, working conditions, behavioral expectations, and benefit eligibility • Initiate and audit international assignment payments • Advise managers and employees on policy and procedure interpretation and implementation • Maintain accurate employee records, transactions, and changes • Support annual performance reviews and merit increases • Support offboarding in compliance with labor laws and CRS policies • Provide timely customer service and support • Communicate policy and practice changes to colleagues, employees, and managers • Monitor developments in HR policies, local labor laws, and regulations • Manage Self-Disclosure forms for new hires • Coordinate CRS and EOR onboarding and offboarding processes • Support medical clearance, assignment-related travel, and household-goods shipments for international assignments • Support existing EOR employees with GPR partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field • Five to eight years of experience in Human Resources, International Development, or a combination of the two • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Oracle, with ability to learn other software as needed • Clear and concise verbal and written communication • Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and deadline management • Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes accurately • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Ability and willingness to be cross-trained • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion • Fluent in English • Willingness and ability to travel up to 5% • Ability to legally work where the position is performed • Successful completion of pre-employment medical clearance where applicable • Spanish or French is a plus
