📋 Description

• Collaborate with distributed software development, quality assurance, project management, and product management teams to deliver quality software • Participate in daily standups • Design and develop features for a cloud-based commercial tax software product • Write quality code to create new features and resolve issues • Conduct peer code reviews and suggest improvements • Perform unit testing and integration testing automation • Evaluate, learn, recommend, and implement new technologies • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Ensure code meets performance, security, and scalability standards • Document and maintain comprehensive software documentation • Mentor and coach junior software engineers • Participate in project planning and provide development estimates

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full stack software design and development experience • Experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, TypeScript, and React • Experience with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Experience with microservice-based architecture • Familiarity with containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps, or Azure K8 Service • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to program and work independently • Good verbal and written communication skills • Expertise with object-oriented design, patterns, and programming • Expertise with unit and integration testing of code • Track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Next.js, Vue.js, or Svelte is a plus • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and best practices is an asset • Experience with agile development methodologies • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Passion for software product development and technology • Ability, willingness, and motivation to learn and grow • Willingness to learn from mistakes, adapt, and improve • Open to giving and receiving direct and honest feedback
