📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team supporting account opening and customer initiatives • Oversee software development, maintenance, and technical processes related to the teams • Partner with Product, Project Management, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency efforts • Support system integrations and technical delivery processes • Foster collaboration and communication among technical and business stakeholders • Ensure project commitments, quality standards, and customer expectations are met • Support strategic adoption of AI and intelligent automation to streamline activities, reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate client implementations • Champion continuous improvement using AI-enabled tools, analytics, and workflow automation to increase productivity, scalability, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 6+ years of experience in software development • Experience developing REST APIs using C#, .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies • Understanding of API security concepts, including OAuth2 and JWT • Experience with SQL and relational databases • Proven leadership and people management experience • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of software development, system integration, and technical delivery processes • Experience using AI-enabled development and project management tools, including Azure DevOps • Experience working within Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders • Ability to build effective partnerships across teams and departments • Visa sponsorship unavailable; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • Preferred: Experience leading process improvement, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives • Strong preference for candidates with FinTech industry experience
