📋 Description

• Represent Customer.io to prospective customers and drive growth within key market segments • Build and manage a pipeline through self-sourced and SDR-supported leads • Lead the full sales process from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations and closing • Acquire new business within targeted mid-market accounts • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and goals • Position Customer.io solutions to meet customer needs • Collaborate with SDRs on lead quality feedback • Collaborate with Customer Success and Technical Support for post-sale handoff • Own and report individual sales metrics, pipeline status, and progress toward targets • Nurture relationships with mid-sized clients and uncover business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales, handling mid-market accounts • Candidates must be located in the UK, Ireland, Canada, or the USA • Proven success in new customer acquisition and closing deals within the B2B SaaS space, preferably MarTech • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong ability to identify customer business needs and position relevant solutions effectively • Experience primarily handling mid-market accounts with shorter sales cycles and lower ACV deals • Ability to engage in high-volume prospecting and cold and warm outreach • Ability to manage the full sales cycle for deals typically under $50,000 ACV • Successful completion of a background check and employment verifications
