📋 Description

• drive the strategy and delivery of scalable, high-impact technology solutions supporting healthcare providers • partner across product and engineering to deliver enterprise provider data transformation, modernization and engineering excellence across mission-critical platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience across modern and legacy technology stacks, including Java, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, Angular, and mainframe platforms (e.g., COBOL, CICS, DB2) • 2+ experience leveraging Generative AI technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and automation • 5+ years of experience in healthcare payer platforms specifically in Provider Data management • 3+ years of experience in product development leading a team of 50+ people • 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP and/or Azure) • 5+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture spanning distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and mainframe integration patterns • 5+ years of experience with DevSecOps practices, building in build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and source code management tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Octopus) • 5+ years of experience with modern data platforms, including NoSQL databases and caching technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Bigtable, Neo4j) • 5+ years of performance management and leadership experience with excellent problem-solving, business acumen, and communication skills
