📋 Description

• Manage a team of Epic production support analysts • Monitor, triage, and report on assigned production support queues across multiple business units • Ensure SLAs are met and tickets are resolved in a timely and sound manner • Review and update knowledge articles in partnership with the help desk • Report on production support queue status and proactively identify trends and resolution paths • Build and maintain Epic environments • Lead discovery calls and provide level-of-effort estimates • Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts • Create and fulfill EHR use cases • Identify business and functional requirements and translate requirements and workflows into technical specifications with IT resources • Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation • Ensure requirements and future-state workflows are clearly defined • Work with project managers to identify tasks and associated estimates • Support vendor upgrades, system changes, and environment maintenance procedures • Work with providers, project managers, technical resources, subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and vendor representatives to document requirements, specifications, and testing attributes and results • Analyze current-state processes and collaborate with clinical business and reporting users to create future-state processes • Identify and document process and data gaps • Create and complete use cases, business requirements, technical specifications, scope documents, gap analyses, and impact assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience • EpicCare Ambulatory certification • Strong experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution • Previous application configuration experience • Experience in test planning and execution • Experience in test case development • Experience meeting project quality requirements • Experience working on large projects • Strong knowledge of clinical applications • Understanding of the healthcare IT industry • Understanding of configurable applications and monitoring practices • Analytical and problem-resolution skills • Interpersonal skills • Ability to bridge communication among technical and nontechnical project staff and customers
