📋 Description

• Serve as the hands-on technical anchor for the engineering team • Own architecture and critical-path development directly • Design, build, and review code • Set technical direction and mentor engineers across the team • Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders • Translate business goals into a technical roadmap and execution plan • Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and operational reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale software development • Experience developing applications, web services, and cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, JPA, messaging, and related technologies • 5+ years designing and developing highly scalable microservices, web services, and REST APIs • 5+ years of experience in Agile development environments • 3+ years developing production-grade Python applications and services, including FastAPI/Flask API development and AI/ML framework integration • 3+ years of experience with distributed messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or AWS SQS/SNS • 2+ years in a technical lead role • 2+ years designing event-driven architectures and asynchronous integration patterns • 2+ years building and maintaining Python-based data pipelines, automation scripts, or AI-agent workflows • 2+ years deploying and operating services on a cloud platform; GCP preferred, including GKE/Cloud Run, Cloud Build, IAM, and logging/monitoring • 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Argo • 2+ years of experience with source management tools such as GitHub or GitLab • 2+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes • Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives while mentoring other engineers • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; alternatively, high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant work experience
