📋 Description

• Design, develop, and continuously enhance enterprise-scale Provider Applications • Drive technical solutions for complex business problems • Ensure application stability • Lead cross-functional initiatives as a Project Owner • Balance hands-on engineering expertise, technical leadership, and delivery ownership • Oversee vendor/contractor teams • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture • Deliver high-impact solutions that improve provider data systems and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on application development experience with Python and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • 2+ years of experience leading or contributing to large-scale application development initiatives • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments • Proven experience in project/program management, including planning, execution tracking, and delivery management • Strong organizational, leadership, and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience working with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Prior exposure to provider data systems, healthcare platforms, or payer environments • Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native architectures, integration patterns, and messaging systems • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
