📋 Description

• Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable provider-facing digital products and enterprise healthcare platforms • Drive end-to-end software delivery across the full technology stack • Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems architectures • Modernize legacy applications into cloud-based, service-oriented platforms • Partner with Product Management, Business, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams • Provide technical leadership for strategic initiatives and influence architecture, technology selection, engineering standards, and delivery execution • Design and develop secure, highly available, high-performance application architectures • Drive code reviews, design reviews, mentoring, and adoption of engineering best practices • Implement and optimize cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices • Leverage Redis, Kafka, SNS/SQS, relational databases, and NoSQL databases • Champion emerging technologies and AI-driven engineering practices, including GenAI-powered development tools and automation frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale, full-stack applications • 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, or microservices design and development • 5+ years of experience with React or TypeScript-based frameworks • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices • Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and infrastructure-as-code for automated deployments • 3+ years of experience with a public cloud platform: AWS, GCP, and/or Azure • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) • Preferred: experience with REST, GraphQL, microservices architecture, distributed systems, cloud-native services, Redis/ElastiCache, GenAI technologies, mentoring, database design, relational and NoSQL technologies, Kafka, SNS, and SQS
