📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and operate business-critical distributed systems • Build and sustain innovative solutions • Develop a unified technology platform for value-based care • Ship and operate large-scale systems using full-stack development • Participate in distributed systems design, implementation, and operation at scale • Collaborate as a key member of a technically strong, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years of software development experience • Strong foundation in problem solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, and concurrency • Experience as a polyglot software engineer with more than one of: C++, C#, Java, Golang, Javascript, Typescript, Python or similar • Experience using full-stack development to ship and operate large-scale systems • Strong SQL skills and understanding of RDBMS such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL • Strong experience with distributed systems design, implementation and operation at scale • Strong experience with Azure, AWS or GCP • Clear and effective communication • Ability to travel quarterly or as needed • Familiarity with asynchronous, event-based architectures • 6+ months of experience using AI-assisted development tools • Experience with Kafka, REST APIs, Protobuf, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform • Experience with an Application and Performance Monitoring platform such as New Relic • Experience establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Experience with agile methodologies • Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
