📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement platform solutions and systems • Architect and code software applications • Conduct system testing and debugging • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Contribute to the technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects • Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards • Provide input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability • Coordinate with team members and contribute technical insights to decision-making • Promote adoption of best practices, new technologies, and tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and code quality

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering within enterprise-scale environments • Strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, including architecture, capacity planning, upgrades, networking, security, and advanced troubleshooting • Experience designing, deploying, and supporting large-scale Kubernetes environments across multiple clusters, regions, or business units • Deep understanding of GitOps methodologies and Git as the single source of truth for application and infrastructure lifecycle management • Extensive experience with Argo CD for enterprise-grade continuous deployment, release automation, and governance in Kubernetes environments • Hands-on experience with Fleet for multi-cluster Kubernetes deployment orchestration at enterprise scale • Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including enterprise networking, IAM, security controls, and cost optimization • Strong understanding of containerization technologies, including Docker and OCI standards, and enterprise container registries • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • HS diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience as an alternative to a bachelor’s degree • Preferred: exposure to AI and automation initiatives in enterprise environments • Preferred: familiarity with security best practices, including secrets management, RBAC, network policies, and identity integration • Preferred: experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments such as HIPAA or PCI
