📋 Description

• Resolve complex Human Resources cases and provide subject matter expertise on employee lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and other Human Resources inquiries. • Partner with People Partners, Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence on case escalation, issue resolution, and end-to-end service delivery. • Support people leaders on performance management administration, documentation requirements, and Human Resources processes. • Participate in talent acquisition activities as assigned. • Document case activities and maintain accurate records in Human Resources systems for compliance, auditability, reporting, and knowledge management. • Identify process improvement opportunities and analyze recurring issues. • Contribute to standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives across Human Resources Service Delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources operations, shared services, employee relations support, or an HR generalist or specialty discipline. • Experience independently managing complex Human Resources cases within established policies and procedures. • Experience utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), case management systems, and related business applications. • Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting process improvement initiatives. • Experience supporting multiple sites, business units, or operating companies. • Experience providing compensation or hiring support during recruitment processes. • Experience working within a shared services or case management environment.
