📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain complex, secure, and efficient software solutions aligned with DCI’s engineering practices • Develop high-quality code for optimal system performance and scalability • Lead and participate in code reviews • Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex system and application issues • Maintain technical documentation and support system enhancements • Support implementation efforts, including testing, release, and training • Collaborate across departments to deliver solutions meeting customer and business needs • Mentor and guide engineers • Contribute to architectural decisions and high-impact initiatives • Deliver reliable and scalable technology powering DCI’s financial software platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of software engineering experience • Experience working in Windows and Linux environments • Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills • Effective communication and collaboration abilities • Regular and reliable attendance is required • Experience working with financial systems or fintech applications • Familiarity with Agile engineering practices • Strong understanding of secure coding and system performance optimization • Experience contributing to system architecture and design decisions • Proven ability to mentor and lead other engineers • Hands-on experience applying AI to software engineering, automation, productivity, or product capabilities
