📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain core backend systems including APIs, data pipelines, and workflow engines powering 7AI’s agentic security platform. • Span the full product stack using AI-assisted development, from backend services to frontend interfaces. • Translate customer pain points into product requirements, and product requirements into shipped software. • Engage directly with customers to deepen understanding of the problem space and validate solutions. • Contribute product and design judgment not just implementation, shaping what gets built and how it works. • Choose and implement appropriate technologies and architectures with a can-do, fast-shipping attitude.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, with strong fundamentals in system design, APIs, and data modeling. • Hands-on experience with cloud design and implementation (AWS preferred); familiarity with a wide range of cloud technologies and architectures. • Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or similar modern server-side languages; Python a plus. • Fluent with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor or similar. • Demonstrated product instinct: you think about why something is being built, not just how, and you’re comfortable engaging directly with customers. • Experience in or strong curiosity about the security domain — SIEM, SOAR, EDR, MDR, or incident response workflows. • Excellent software development skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
