📋 Description

• Develop scalable, client-aligned solution strategies by translating business and technical requirements into practical architectures • Evaluate feasibility, scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability of proposed solutions • Identify dependencies, implementation risks, and mitigation strategies • Design solutions across products, systems, platforms, and integrations • Lead technical solution strategy for complex sales opportunities in partnership with Sales • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client processes, environments, requirements, risks, and dependencies • Develop and deliver customized demonstrations • Design, configure, and maintain proof-of-concept environments • Address technical objections through demonstrations, POCs, and consultative discussions • Lead or contribute to RFP/RFI responses and proposal documentation • Support negotiations involving integrations, timelines, service levels, data security, and scope • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Implementation teams • Communicate client feedback and competitive insights to inform product enhancements • Ensure smooth transitions from Sales to Implementation by documenting requirements, assumptions, and commitments • Manage onboarding for moderate to complex accounts, including implementation coordination, configuration and migration support, and operational and technology readiness • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience may be considered • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, software pre-sales, enterprise technology, or technical consulting • Proven success leading technical solution strategy for complex sales opportunities • Experience developing customized demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments • Strong background supporting RFP/RFI responses and proposal development • Experience supporting technical discussions and negotiations through solution expertise and risk identification • Deep understanding of enterprise solution architecture, systems integration, implementation considerations, and consultative selling methodologies • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities • Ability to navigate ambiguity, operational complexity, and competing priorities • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Advanced working knowledge of compliance platforms, CRM systems, project management tools, and interconnected operational workflows • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST • Ability to travel approximately 20% for client onboarding, onsite implementation sessions, and cross-functional project needs • Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including sitting up to 8 hours per day and occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds
