📋 Description

• Define and drive the overarching technical vision for scalability, performance, and security • Evaluate and select tools, frameworks, and architectures • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering organization • Coach and mentor engineers • Investigate emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices • Lead prototyping initiatives and proof-of-concepts • Ensure high platform performance and scalability • Oversee performance optimization, load balancing, and capacity planning • Design fault-tolerant, highly available systems • Implement Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation best practices • Refine deployment, testing, and operations processes • Collaborate with security experts on platform integrity, compliance, and data protection • Address security vulnerabilities and champion secure coding practices • Work with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business objectives • Tackle complex architectural and technical issues and serve as an escalation point • Uphold coding standards through code reviews • Establish best practices for testing, documentation, and version control • Produce technical documentation, architectural diagrams, design guidelines, and operational runbooks • Promote knowledge sharing across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated expertise across multiple domains (SDLC, AI engineering, corporate systems, etc.) • Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems • Proficiency in multiple programming languages • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Proficiency with modern development frameworks • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse engineering teams and drive successful outcomes • Proven ability to define and drive architectural roadmaps aligned with evolving business needs • Expertise diagnosing complex system issues and designing robust, scalable solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid understanding of security best practices, compliance standards, and data protection • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Visa sponsorship considered case by case based on business needs
