📋 Description

• Partner with engineering and product hiring managers to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to closing • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles • Proactively identify and engage top candidates • Guide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes • Ensure alignment throughout the hiring process • Provide data-driven updates and insights on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance • Drive exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement • Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, remotely distributed team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments • Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels • Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones • Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and creative outreach strategies • Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment • Experience using AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency • Experience with Ashby (ATS) or similar recruiting systems preferred • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices preferred • Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company preferred • Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role
