The platform connects marinas with boaters via an online booking and leads network, offers mobile apps, integrations, and reporting to grow occupancy, streamline operations, and improve guest experience.

📋 Description

• Rebuild how Dockwa develops software and raise the team's engineering ceiling • Push automation of the development lifecycle using AI as core development infrastructure • Prove AI-enabled development practices on real production work and raise the team's standard • Own architecture that enables safe development speed • Make structural architectural decisions for a system handling real traffic and payments • Decide what gets built and steer consequential product and engineering work • Help scale a fourteen-person engineering team to ship like a team of forty • Work across reservations, payments, money movement, dock and slip management, rent roll, boater CRM, service and work orders, accounting integrations, iOS, and multi-currency international markets

🎯 Requirements

• Production software owned outright, end to end, including after it shipped • Real AI fluency demonstrated through delivered production work • Comfort across a full stack • Architectural decision-making experience in systems the candidate did not originally write • Evidence of changing how a team worked, not only what it shipped • Experience with Rails, React, Postgres, AWS, and Swift is relevant, though judgment is valued over exact stack match
