📋 Description

• Partner with Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Directors, District Managers, and Store Operations leadership to align Human Resources strategies with business objectives. • Advise field leadership on organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. • Collaborate with Store Operations Business Partners on Human Resources programs, policies, and best practices. • Represent Human Resources on cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and company projects. • Lead succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives. • Drive training compliance and identify development opportunities for Team Members. • Coach and develop leaders through performance management, career development, and individual development planning. • Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership assessments. • Develop strategies to improve Team Member engagement, retention, and workforce stabilization. • Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations matters. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. • Guide leaders on company policies, employment practices, corrective action, and performance management. • Support new Human Resources programs, initiatives, and organizational changes. • Analyze workforce metrics, turnover trends, engagement results, and operational reports. • Develop action-oriented plans to improve retention, engagement, staffing, and business performance. • Monitor people metrics and recommend improvements supporting operational excellence. • Improve Human Resources processes and the Team Member experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting a multi-unit retail organization. • Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. • Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws. • Ability to influence leaders and build business partnerships across multiple organizational levels. • Experience analyzing workforce data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations. • Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills. • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. • Preferred: Professional Human Resources certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP). • Preferred: Human Resources experience supporting large, multi-site retail operations. • Preferred: Bilingual Spanish language skills. • Preferred: Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
