📋 Description

• Lead and develop a small HR team overseeing Strategic HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, and HR Operations • Coach and advise executive and C-suite leaders • Build core HR infrastructure, including job architecture, annual performance review processes, and commission plan design • Shape company culture across multiple brands and divisions • Help transform six separate brands into one Elite365 Family of Brands • Design and implement learning and talent development programs, including virtual/remote learning delivery • Partner with division leaders on organizational design, performance, employee relations, and other people challenges • Execute hands-on HR strategy and day-to-day HR delivery • Travel approximately 20% of the year to support distributed teams

🎯 Requirements

• SHRM-CP certification required • SHRM-SCP preferred • Demonstrated experience coaching and developing executive/C-suite leaders • Track record building HR structure, including culture initiatives, annual review cycles, job architecture, and commission plan design • Experience designing and implementing learning and talent development programs, including virtual learning • Hands-on mindset; comfortable operating without a large HR team or deep support resources • Experience presenting to and working directly with a private equity firm with a formal board of directors • Public speaking skills via virtual platforms and in-person • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the year • Experience in the healthcare staffing industry preferred as a nice-to-have • Strong operational experience preferred as a nice-to-have • Financial acumen and comfort working with budgets preferred as a nice-to-have
