📋 Description

• IT governance (ITIL, CMMI, COBIT, PMBOK, BSC) • Management tools and incident management applications, primarily ServiceNow (tool used by BAT Latam South)

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Spanish • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems • Worms and other malware; security applications; protection and security concepts; knowledge of viruses (antivirus, firewall, anti-spyware, etc.) • Proficiency with document editing, spreadsheets and presentations; SharePoint; cloud storage (OneDrive); Teams in Microsoft Office environments • Knowledge/training in IT support
