📋 Description

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job posting to offer • Draft, edit, and publish compelling job descriptions • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews • Coordinate interview processes • Develop structured interview processes and evaluation criteria • Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiations • Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to identify talent needs • Build candidate pipelines • Ensure hiring of high-performing individuals aligned with Empower’s mission and culture • Help build and scale the company team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. based recruiting • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience recruiting for customer support, operations, marketing, engineering, and finance preferred • Masters in human resources or organizational management preferred
