📋 Description

• Support Disaster Recovery within Mainframe environment • Understand both Tape and DASD Subsystems • Perform Data Recovery for Tape and DASD • Maintain DR Plan and DR Technical Scripts (TRP’s) • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, DRaaS Coordinators, clients, and vendors, while regularly updating managers on Drill status.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience of Mainframe Storage which includes work experience with: • DASD and Tape – IBM (DS8k’s, TS7k’s), EMC, Luminex • Tape management systems – Broadcom, TMC, IBM RRM, OAM • VSM Virtual tape solutions and management • Global Mirror with Practice, Global Copy, FDR Software, ACS Routines • IBM IDCAMS • z/OS JCL • SMS routines (DFSMS), DFHSM, SAS/Vantage reporting for trends • Familiarity with Tape dump restores
