📋 Description

• Move across multiple Client C# workstreams as priorities shift • Support Java-to-C# migration during peak periods • Review and finish AI-converted code • Build out C# services and prove parity • Handle feature development, defect work, and enhancements on other C# projects • Ramp quickly on unfamiliar codebases • Deliver with minimal hand-holding and independently across changing assignments

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of strong C# / .NET experience • Proficiency with .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, dependency injection, and async/await • Demonstrated history of working across multiple projects, clients, or codebases • Ability to ramp quickly and switch context comfortably • SQL knowledge • Experience with EF Core or Dapper • REST API knowledge • Ability to deliver independently across changing assignments • Code migration or application modernization experience, including framework upgrades such as .NET version migrations (nice to have) • Java familiarity (nice to have) • AI coding tool experience (nice to have) • Cloud experience with Azure or AWS, containerization, and CI/CD (nice to have)
