📋 Description

• Ship changes across Pebble’s mobile app, web experiences, and backend, owning the technical approach, implementation, testing, release, and production monitoring • Identify bottlenecks in onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention • Turn growth opportunities into focused experiments • Instrument events and success metrics, then use results to scale, revise, or stop experiments • Improve experimentation systems, including feature controls and analytics integrations • Improve subscription and payment journeys • Work with product, growth, design, and data teams • Help shape Pebble’s growth-engineering practice across system layers

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years building, releasing, and supporting production software • Generalist capability with depth in at least one of mobile, web, or backend • Production experience in at least one other area among mobile, web, or backend • Ability to own changes across system boundaries • Personally implemented, measured, and iterated at least one product or funnel improvement • Strong foundations in APIs, data modelling, testing, debugging, release practices, and production monitoring • Direct mobile-app growth experience strongly preferred • Experience with Flutter/Dart, TypeScript/NestJS, MongoDB, or a close equivalent • App Store or Google Play subscriptions experience is a strong advantage • No degree required; a relevant degree is preferred
