📋 Description

• Manage and maintain IT systems in a cloud-first environment • Provide technical support • Provision accounts, access, and hardware for new hires and remove access when employees leave • Own systems and services as the point of contact • Lead large cross-functional projects end to end • Collaborate with multifunctional teams to resolve integration issues, errors, and performance problems • Identify improvements and build automations to streamline operations and reduce manual work • Apply AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to accelerate work • Manage HQ technology including network equipment, conference room and AV equipment, kiosk computers, and shared-space systems • Communicate service disruptions and changes • Collaborate with the security team to protect information • Contribute to the roadmap and work in two-week sprints toward quarterly and yearly goals • Maintain documentation for automations, configurations, and operating procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency managing enterprise SaaS products including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 • Experience automating tasks and integrating systems using Workato, Okta Workflows, or Microsoft Power Automate • Experience with Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, including prompt engineering and MCP integrations • Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, REST APIs, webhooks, JWT, and OAuth 2.0 • Knowledge of Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Ruby • macOS and Windows administration skills, including Jamf and Intune MDMs • Familiarity with conference room AV and shared-space technology, including Zoom Rooms and Neat devices • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki and networking concepts including VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking • Strong project management skills • Ability to balance urgent tasks and project-level work • Excellent written and verbal customer service and communication skills • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Strong problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of IT operations best practices • 5+ years of professional IT experience, including 2+ years in an engineering or sysadmin capacity • A college degree or credible panache • Authorized to work in the United States; immigration visa sponsorship is not available
