📋 Description

• Serve as the technical SRE point of contact for Identity & Fraud products, supporting development and operations teams • Define, implement, and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs aligned with business objectives • Lead incident analyses and propose preventive and corrective actions to avoid recurrence • Automate provisioning, deployment, scaling, and failure recovery processes • Design and maintain observability solutions, including logs, metrics, traces, and alerts • Participate in capacity and performance engineering • Support architectural evolution focused on the resilience, scalability, and security of Identity & Fraud systems • Promote best practices in infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and safe change management • Support critical operations by troubleshooting and mitigating issues in real time

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering in mission-critical environments • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure, and GCP) • Advanced knowledge of automation and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) • Experience with monitoring and observability, especially Datadog, as well as Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and best practices for version control and deployment • Strong ability to analyze performance, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed systems • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases • Ability to partner effectively with development, product, and operations teams • Strong communication skills, systems thinking, and a focus on solving complex problems • Experience with resilience in identity and fraud systems • Cloud certifications (AWS, OCI, Azure, or GCP) • Experience with chaos engineering and resilience testing • Knowledge of application and infrastructure security
